Dreamworld visit

This visit actually occured abt 2 months ago, and it was the first weekend that i arrived in sunshine coast actually. Renting a Hyundai Excel, we drove roughly 150km to Gold Coast to Dreamworld. I've heard about this theme park, and this was my first trip there.
Entrance fee was a whopping $63 but the college had a staff discount which allowed us to enter for $43, if i remembered correctly.

Being a weekend, there was no doubt it was going to b crowded. We got there at 11pm, left at 3pm, and all we did were 5 rides!Luckily the 5 rides we did were the so called Big 5 Thrill Rides, which are the Wipeout, Cyclone, The Claw, Tower of Terror and finally the Giant Drop. Some of the rides, such as Cyclone and Tower of Terror, were disappointing, and definitely not worth the time queuing as it was not thrilling at all.

The Giant Drop was perhaps the most scary ride of all, and is supposedly the world's tallest free falling ride at 120m, although it's still not as scary as some of the landings i did before! The Claw is however, the most fun of all in my opinion, and you should definitely give it a try if you intend to visit the theme park. Try not to go on a weekend though, and if you do intend to go soon, throw some food in for the Big Brother housemates will ya mate?
